Subject: Open Table – Online Reservations!
Hi Everyone
We have just finished installing Open Table at the restaurant, which means that we can now take reservations Online.
Customers can make reservations by going to our website and clicking on the reservations tab at the bottom of the menu on the left side www.aliasrestaurant.com (Encourage customers to do this through our website and NOT through the Open Table website as this costs us more and is more complicated)
Online reservations work for lunch and dinner – Brunch is WALK-IN only.
Over the next few weeks we will carry on operating the manual system whilst also inputting data into Open Table – this will give you time to familiarize yourselves with the system – it’s all fairly straight forward and user friendly.
As you get more familiar with it, you’ll see that Open Table is a very powerful tool which will allow us to have a much better web presence, deal with reservations more efficiently and also gather important and useful data on our customers.
